Roe Family Tree

Various Roe researchers have been collecting many old photos and they are posted to a few different places.  We will try to put them here in a photo album and of course in the blogs where everyone can have a copy.   Currently I have many photos on Ancestry.com and on facebook, in addition to many photos in collections that I have obtained from my mom and my uncle Vern Roe….these will be forthcoming.     A photo of John Roe and Eliza Poole Roe would be nice to add to the photo collection of any Roe descendant that is interested in their ancestry.   And one photo in particular that I saw when I was a teenager in the early 80’s of all 8 sons of John Roe and Eliza Poole pictured as … Read entire article »

Rebecca A. Kibble, age 99, of Pickford, Michigan passed away Saturday morning, March 20, 2010 at War Memorial Hospital’s Long Term Care Unit. Rebecca was born on June 24, 1910 in Kennasota, Manitoba Canada. She enjoyed visiting and being with people and friends at weddings and showers, she loved to entertain company. She also enjoyed driving the children to school for 16 years. Rebecca loved to be out picking blueberries. Rebecca is survived by two daughters: Ethel (Glen) Tompkins of Sault Ste Marie, Michigan and Elise Scallions of California; three sons: Everett (Sharon) Kibble of Grand Haven, Michigan, William (Penny) Kibble of Arizona, and Richard (Cheryl) Kibble of Sault Ste.
